Beaches in Mykonos
Mykonos, a greek island, has some wonderful beaches to spend the day at.
Paradise and Super paradise beaches are two beaches with mixed crowds, but mainly dominated by gay men. not the best beach restaurants and bars but numerous crowds who are here to party and have good time. i"m not an expert in wetern music, but i"v noticed that the music here is more hardcore and the atmoshpeher is more lively and happening especially in super paradise beach (music and dancing starts in the afternoon) than other beaches. although it wasn"t my type of atmosphere but i quite liked the experience.
Psarou beach is the most Posh of all the beaches i"ve been to in Mykonos. you can see huge Yachts scattered around this beach. a Sushi and snack bar, excellent cocktails (expensive though) , people wearing expensive swimwear. hot and wealthy men and women in their twenties i would say.
music here is more international (Greek, Arabic, Turkish, and western)
quite lively and happening at times, but more chilled out atmosphere and music most of the time.
Paraga beach is something in the middle, not very posh, but not very cheap as well. i quite liked this beach, becasue it had very nice mixed crowds who want to party and have a good time, plus having a reasonably nice bar area with white floors, white chairs and tables, and everything around me was white, i felt like i was in a white dream (dont ask me what does this mean)lol. ask for the the watermelon with the fruits inside it at the bar, it looks just amazing !!
there are some more beaches in Mykonos that i haven"t been to therefore i cant talk about, but the above are the main beaches to visit when you"re in Mykonos.
